I have one of these on my forehead but due to lack of insurance I am unable to remove it. How much does a procedure like that cost?
My son just had one removed this morning. It cost him $480.00 and was removed in a dermatological surgeon's office. He had been having some headachs but mostly it was just large and embarassing. He did not have insurance, so he made some calls and one doctor was kind enough to let him use some last minute surgical time and space that would have othewise been wasted as that surgery was cancelled. He is resting at home and will change the bandage in two days. He will go for his re-check in one week. He did not allow the doctor to use anesthesia so it was all done doing a local anesthetic.
